Italian Journal of Food Science



Dear Readers and Authors,

Since 1989, when the University of Perugia founded the Journal, I was appointed as the Editor-in-Chief (EIC). Starting 2009 I took over the Journal, still leaving, as before, the Editorial responsibility to Chiriotti Editori.
In October 16, 2019, in consideration of the importance of the requesting Company, I decided to transfer the Journal Headline to Codon Publications, Brisbane, Australia,  giving to them consequently all editorial responsibilities, but maintaining for myself the permanent appointment as Editor-in-Chief.
Practically, starting may 11th 2020 all papers submitted to IJFS will be automatically transferred to the new web platform
In any case, all paper sent to the journal up to June 30th, 2020 will save the publication fee of 350,00 €.
In looking forward to continue our important collaboration, I wish all of you a fruitful 2020.
